Repeat Schedules From the Online Booking Page: Frequency Discounts and Requests
Some of your best repeat clients will never call you. They find your Book Now link on your website, your Google Business Profile or your social bio, and they would rather tap through a form at 10pm than leave a voicemail. The PetGroomBossPro online booking page lets them ask for a repeat schedule right from the start, see their price, and send you everything you need to put them on a slot.
Where the Booking Page Fits
Cats, covered in Cats on a Repeat Grooming Schedule: Setting Up Recurring Cat Grooms, are one of the services customers can pick on the booking page. Dogs, multi-pet homes and add-ons all go through the same form.
The booking page is a request, not an instant calendar booking. The customer tells you what they want and when they prefer it, sees their price, and sends it. The office then confirms the time and books them. That fits repeat grooming well, because a fixed slot is something you want to place on purpose, not leave to whatever time a stranger clicked.
What the Customer Picks
On the booking page, the customer chooses:
- A service from the ones you offer.
- How many pets, and each pet's name, breed and size.
- How often, such as one-time or a repeat schedule.
- Any add-ons you offer.
- A preferred day and time of day.
As they choose, they see their price instantly. No “call for a quote” and no waiting.
Frequency Discounts
You set the pricing rules: base prices per service, a price add-on per size, a minimum, frequency discounts and add-on prices. Frequency discounts are optional. If you use them, a customer who picks a repeat schedule sees a lower price than one-time, right there on the page.
That makes the repeat option easy to choose before anyone has to ask. Whether to discount, and by how much, is entirely your decision. Some groomers offer a modest discount for repeat schedules; others offer none and let the convenience of a fixed slot speak for itself.
Because the frequency is a separate choice, you only need one version of each service. That idea is covered in One Service List, Many Frequencies: Picking the Repeat Grooming Schedule Per Client.
The Request Lands in Leads
When the customer sends the form, the request lands in Leads with everything they picked: service, pets, frequency, add-ons, preferred day and time of day, and the quoted price. The owner gets an email so nothing sits unnoticed.
From there, the office has all it needs to place the client. Look at the preferred day, find a van that works that area on that weekday, check the coming weeks on Pending Jobs for room, and pick a time.
Turning the Request Into a Repeat Slot
Once you have picked the slot, book the series with Add Recurring Grooming: the service, the frequency the customer chose, the weekday, the time and the van. Check the pets from the request and add the details a form cannot capture, like coat type, rabies due date and any cut or behavior notes the customer shared.
Every visit in the series is written up front and waits on Pending Jobs with its planned day, time and van. Send the customer a text confirming the slot in plain words: “You're booked every 6 weeks on Thursdays at 1pm, starting the 9th.” Their reminders take it from there.
Some customers would rather try one groom first. That is fine too. Book the first visit, and the handover at the end is the natural moment to offer a slot.
When the Preferred Day Is Full
Sometimes a customer picks Tuesday mornings and Tuesday mornings are already taken in their area for the coming weeks. Pending Jobs shows you that before you promise anything. Text the customer with the nearest option that works for the van — another weekday nearby, or a Tuesday afternoon — and book the series once they agree. The quoted price from the request is right there in Leads, so the conversation is about the slot, not the price.
Where to Put the Link
The Book Now link works anywhere you can paste a link: your website, your Google Business Profile, your social bios, even your email signature. Wherever new customers look for you, give them a way to ask for a repeat schedule on their own time.
Requests In, Slots Out
The booking page brings in customers who have already told you how often they want you to come and what it will cost. The office's job is just to place them well. For the rest of the repeat tools, return to the PetGroomBossPro recurring grooming software page.
